[USML Announce] FAAB processing

Gang:

 

  The processing of FAAB bids was delayed this week because of my trip out
of town.  However, all of the winning FAAB bids have now been posted and
teams can make corresponding moves.  If anyone needs me to enter retroactive
roster moves, please e-mail me and I will get them in.
