[USML Announce] FAAB Bidding / Roster Correction

Rich/Andy/others:  Check again.  Just like last year, I have the system set
up so that I can review the BidMeister results before they are inserted.
Usually I wake up early on Sundays and do that.  I just overslept today.
Look again because I think everything is working fine.

I have a similar issue.  I "won" Julio Lugo and wanted to waived Matt 
Tolbert.  But my roster still shows Tolbert there and no Lugo.  My goal 
was to have Lugo replace Tolbert on my roster, and then activate Lugo 
and reserve Jack Wilson.  I thought that last year, the system fixed 
this about halfway through the season.  Unless I'm missing something, we 
might have to lean on Mark B. to allocate the players on Sunday morning 
as he did at the beginning of last year.  If I'm missing something or 
messed up the bidding, let me know.
