[USML Announce] Draft Date

It's only a reasonable idea if we can arrive at a time that works for  
everyone for the follow up reserve draft. After the difficulty of  
finding a time for the draft, I'm not confident that it will be easy.  
When exactly is the reserve draft going to take place?
