[USML Announce] USML - Roster issues

  Thanks for all of the emails.  After doing some investigating, I am
uncertain what happened and why rosters appear incorrectly.  I have sent an
email to onroto to see how to fix it.  They have been very responsive and
helpful in the past.  More on this tomorrow.
