It is indeed.  I got an email from onroto explaining the fix.  I won?t bore anyone with the details of how this happened, but it is unlikely to be a repeat problem, and not onroto?s fault.  My own view remains that onroto is the best service that our league has ever used.  They certainly have the quickest support service.

  Thanks for all of the emails.  After doing some investigating, I am uncertain what happened and why rosters appear incorrectly.  I have sent an email to onroto to see how to fix it.  They have been very responsive and helpful in the past.  More on this tomorrow.
