I'm having the same problem.  I think I mentioned this in an email last year during the season.  Has been less of an issue this year, but its already happened a few times to me.

I don't know if anyone else experiences this but often usml mailing list emails 
on't pop into my box for hours or sometimes days.  It's very inconsistent.  
ften I'm seeing response emails before getting the original email that someone 
s responding to.  Any ideas on a fix?
