I have created a list of the eligible Non Roster Invitees that have potential (though generally, remote) value.  Each of these players will be eligible to be drafted at the auction.  Note that rookie eligible players are not on this list since they are not eligible to be drafted in the auction.  Note also that I haven't included all NRI players since the majority of such players are, in my judgment, of no potential value whatsoever.  Because the list is not complete, it is subject to any additions that any of you may find appropriate.

I pulled the 40 man roster lists last night from the MLB web site.  There was a problem with the Royals file so I grabbed that one again very early this morning.  It doesn't appear that the Royals made any changes to the list as reflected on the MLB site between last night and this morning. I've attached a pdf with all of the rosters as a single file.  I hope that we can use this as our draft list.  It's my understanding that Jeff will, as usual, circulate a list of NRIs who will then become draft eligible too.  Hopefully we can use these two lists as our reference for the players that are draft eligible.  I simply don't have time to worry about modest changes to the 40 man lists that might take place between now and when we draft and I expect that I'm not alone in that regard.
