I've taken a preliminary shot at the rotation draft grid based on the reserve rosters as they stand at the moment. 

Please let me know if you think I have the order wrong or if I made any mistakes on the list of players for each team. 

I'll update, if need be, to correct mistakes I made or to reflect moves that come in tonight. 

As usual, I'll print out a bunch of these to have at the draft.
