[USML Announce] H.D. Retention Pond

Kerbs, I wondered the same thing, but you may be right for the wrong reason.
The rule is 50 IP or 45 days on the active roster during the period of
25-man limit.  He came up on 5/14/09, so he must have been over the 45-day
limit.  Thoughts from others?

Bard has 49 1/3 IP.  I think that makes him ineligible for rookie status.
