[USML Announce] USML - 3/27 update

Week of April 4, meaning that FAAB bids must be submitted by Saturday 
4/10, effective Sunday 4/11 with the second regular roster moves.

And, John, I'm with you on the "Duke Puke." Go Butler (unless, of 
course, West Virginia can win it all and make me victorious in my pools 
...!)
