[USML Announce] Rule Question

That wasn't my question Brad. If a player is acquired in bidding this week I was asking if he could be involved in a trade announced Sunday before noon.  If not then the acquiring owner would need to wait one more week and would only be able to trade the player to a team contiguous in the standings -- which I think is the right result, but I wanted to check.
