[USML Announce] Over and Dunn

In the mid-90s, I paid $29 for a guy named Joe Grahe who was supposed to be  
the Angels' closer based on a good finish the previous season. As I recall,  
he ended up that year with an ERA around 7.00 and a WHIP of about 2.00. I'm  
pretty sure I reserved him, if not flat out cut him.
