[USML Announce] New member?

On that note, on Jeffrey's suggestion several weeks ago I hired a
consultant he recommended (only about a $1,000) to perform a 2011 USML
inflation analysis prior to my trades for Scherzer and Buchholz.  If
we enter the season reduced by a team, that analysis provides me
minimal value.  So I ask for the USMl for the following relief: (i)
require each team to retain an additional major league player  or (ii)
bring in a new guy.
