[USML Announce] Draft Day 2011 - not so far

So, Mr. Commissioner are we confirmed for March 13th?  Will we be conducting the draft at Harris | Winick? What time are we starting?  Is March 4th the roster retention deadline (though now largely moot given Brad's assistance)?
