BOSTON -- Boston Red
Sox<http://espn.go.com/mlb/team/_/name/bos/boston-red-sox>ace Jon
Lester <http://espn.go.com/mlb/player/_/id/28487/jon-lester> suffered a
lower lat muscle strain after four no-hit innings against the Toronto Blue
Jays <http://espn.go.com/mlb/team/_/name/tor/toronto-blue-jays> Tuesday
night at Fenway Park and will be re-evaluated Wednesday morning. After
Boston's 3-2 victory over the Blue Jays, Red Sox manager Terry Francona said
Lester would be examined "extensively" on Wednesday.Depending on the
severity of the injury, typically a lat strain could sideline a pitcher for
2-4 weeks, according to a team source. "It was sore. It hurt," Lester said.

LOSER: Red Hots may have the pitching depth to survive this scare. If they
fall short they'll still blame it on Rios, not their starting pitching....on
other hand, Klein-9 biggest loser in last night's medical parade--Baker's
injury seems far worse and Rivera's age finally showing as team trends
DOWNWARD.

WINNERS: LMC and Brats can only gain steam as Red Hots boil over Lester's
malady and these two teams trend SKYWARD.
