[USML Announce] USML - Draft Day 2012

I can plan to work around whatever draft day is decided upon.  I am indifferent 
on the subject of 10 or 11 league members, so am fine with adding new team (I   
won't even require that he is as right-leaning as Buddha, although that would   
be a bonus).
