Having compiled the list of all in the money positions for each year, I
thought it would be fun to tally them up.

The Berliners have been in the money 16 of our 22 seasons, in hot pursuit,
the Klein Nine at 13 appearances.

Here's the full list, and of course, some teams haven't been in existence
for all 22 years, but I wasn't going to worry about that.
