Unfortunately, the news is not so good on the 2013 front, either.  This

According to Yankees team doctor Chris Ahmad, who will assist in the 
urgery, the recovery for such an injury is 12 months from the date of 
he surgery barring any setbacks in rehab, meaning Pineda will not be 
vailable until May 2013 at the earliest.  Dr. Ahmad described himself 
s "cautiously optimistic" that Pineda will regain his ability after 
urgery, because Pineda's rotator cuff is undamaged, but he 
cknowledged that "shoulder surgery is challenging." The fact that the 
urgery will be performed arthroscopically rather than with an open 
ncision also works in Pineda's favor, Ahmad said.
I think you should demand some compensation from Mr. Fruit.
