Probably.  With prospects, so few succeed that they aren't really worth anything if they aren't cheap, and even then they may not be worth anything.  I'll give him back to you if you want him.

Also note that Smoak was a $2 rotation pick, wasn't he? I only know I drafted him this year for what -12- although his value clearly is closer to 2 or below.....

Realistically, the $10 guys are all of marginal value, given that most prospect burn at least a year of their contracts before they are worth anything, and quite a few will never be even be useful major leaguers.  There's the occasional Mike Trout, but there are a lot more Justin Smoaks.  So I would conclude that there's a VERY small number of potentially useful guys scattered widely across the league (the $5 and under ones).  At the same time, however, history suggests there will be suckers who will give real value for some of those $10 spins at the wheel, so the Berliners will likely leave a few cars stripped and sitting on cinder blocks around the USML neighborhood.
