I took the estimated value for each team's current active roster  (except
as noted below) and then added to that number the amount the team has in
draft day funds.

I then boosted the Berliners by $30 as credit for Moore and Montero.
 Similarly, I added $15 to the Nukes for Darvish and $10 to the Torns for
Trout.

When I was done, here's what came out:

Red-Hots 347

It looks to me like lots of teams could be competitive.  I look forward to
trading season. . .
