[USML Announce] USML Draft - starting time

Admittedly I had more or less agreed to arrive in person this year, but the     
phone-in option is just too darn convenient. Honestly would love to be there in 
person but my schedule suggests I will just be phoning in again -- my           
apologies.  But in fact, I do welcome the crack of dawn starting time.  jf
