[USML Announce] USML Boldly Declines Dump-A-Dog

The only guy I want to drop will be retained due to the current economic
climate that the Red-Hots are operating in.  Much like the Blackhawks in
the year following their recent Stanley Cup run, the reigning champs are
too budget constrained.

The Red-Hots will not be dumping anyone.
