[USML Announce] USML - Rosters update

  So far, no word from onroto about adding players to the database, so I
re-submitted our email tonight.  From the onroto web site updates page, it
looks like they have been tinkering with the site to get it ready for the
season, so maybe they have been devoting their energies elsewhere.  In years
past, though, they have had very quick turn-around on support issues, so the
delay is a bit odd.  I will let you know when I hear something.
