Where does Blake Beaven fit in? Oh, he didn't make some vaunted "expert list" at some point?

Who are you, man....Karl Rove?

The Top Prospects list that you reference is one that evaluates impact
in 2012 - not overall potential. Chen is on the list only because he's
in the rotation and will put up numbers (albeit bad ones). He ranks
ahead of Trout only because Trout will start the season in the minors.

But, the real interesting names on the list are the ones at the very
top. Anyone interested in those guys knows where to find me.

Jeff

ESPN has updated its 2012 Top Prospects list, and look who ranks just
ahead of the vaunted Mike Trout.  Offers are welcome ... especially
from teams that managed to end up with 40-player rosters that include
only three starting pitchers ...

Soon to be owner of Nick Blackburn, Jason Marquis, and Others

15. Wei-Yin Chen, SP, Orioles

16. Mike Trout, OF, Angels
