[USML Announce] WHY

[JOHN FRUIT (NUVEEN INVESTMENTS I)]

can't argue the ridiculousness of the archaic recall measure - but naturally    
the vindictive Democrats are to blame for actually evoking it. The measure was  
intended to allow voters to remove elected officials on the take - something    
Illinois knows about all too well - for Christ's sake, all Walker is trying to  
do is to balance the budget.
