        On the above note made by Andy: I just had lunch with Jeffrey (to
collect my check in consideration for my ghostwriting his editorial
contributions to the Fantasy Baseball Guide 2013).  The case is still set
for trial beginning 3/18. As Jeff has stated he will be out of town on 3/17
and unavailable to draft by phone. Although I am more than honored to draft
on behalf of the Berliners, my position is that Jeffrey must be at the
draft. I propose we agree upon an alternate draft date in the event his
case does not settle. If it does settle, albeit unlikely at this point, we
proceed on 3/17; if not, let's have a backup date. Thoughts?
