The Red-Hots and Flaming Brats have agreed to the following transaction
that will be implemented in two parts.

Part One (to be effective for the reporting period beginning July 28)

The Red-Hots trade Nick Franklin, Alexei Ramirez* and Aaron Sanchez to the
Flaming Brats for Miguel Cabrera*, James Shields* and Raul Ibanez.

Part Two (to be effective for the reporting period beginning August 4)

The Red-Hots trade Mike Zunino, Alfonso Soriano* and Cody Allen to the
Flaming Brats for Joe Mauer, J P Arencibia* and Omar Infante.
