But one thing has become exceedingly clear, based on several published
reports this weekend and on Monday: [Alex Rodriguez]  soon will be punished
by Major League Baseball.

The New York Post first reported Sunday that Rodriguez could be suspended
this week as part of baseball's investigation into the now-shuttered
Biogenesis clinic, a South Florida operation run by Anthony Bosch, who has
cooperated with MLB investigators. Last week, Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun
accepted a 65-game suspension -- the remainder of the season -- for his
reported involvement with Bosch and Biogenesis

Klein Nine. Team's owner comes under increasing League scrutiny after
series of questionable deals, including but not limited to his trade to
acquire A-Rod while an all but certain suspension looms, then one week
later trading away Jhonny Peralta (Y1-$12; career BA of .275, hitting .305
this season with 10 HR and 53 RBI), claiming that he did so because....a
suspension looms, as owner *PREPARES TO LAWYER UP. *
