Wait, are we really putting faith in Scott Boras' pronouncements?  He always tells the truth, right?

Seriously, what interest could Mr. Boras possibly have in suggesting that teams are clamoring for Lohse's services?

No, the only good sign for the Red Hots today is that there hasn't yet been a post from Brad Lee identifying bad news.  That's good news enough.

03.21: Kyle Lohse's agent, Scott Boras, told MLB Network's Peter Gammons on Thursday that the right-hander will not wait until after the June draft to sign with a team. (Waiting would free Lohse of the draft-pick compensation that has scared most teams away from him this winter. But Boras believes his client will be inked to a deal well before that even becomes an option. "We have too many teams in play," the super agent told Gammons. Lohse, 34, registered an excellent 2.86 ERA and 1.09 WHIP across 33 starts last season for the Cardinals.)
