After today's game, Matt Moore's manager had this to say:

Matt Moore allowed one hit, one walk and struck out five in four scoreless innings for the Rays.
"That's what he's supposed to look like, that's what he can look like," Rays manager Joe Maddon said. "As he regains his confidence, you'll see that on a more consistent basis."

LOSER
Riptorns. Moore's continuing development as an ace means former Cubs prospect Chris Archer, like his owner Brad Lee will grow ever more frustrated as both Archer's and THE RIPTORNS' HOPES FOR 2013 WITHER AND DIE.

WINNER
Berliners. Moore's rise to superstar status guarantees that whether he remains a Berliner or gets traded away he will be a key part of the BERLINERS GLORIOUS 2013 CAMPAIGN FOR THE DAMON.

>From espn....:
The Rays could afford to trade James Shields because of their starting pitch depth. Sophomore Matt Moore, coming off a strong second half, was expected by many to pass Jeremy Hellickson and become the team's No. 2 starter behind David Price. But he's had a rough March, with his velocity down and struggling with his command (13 walks in 17.1 innings). Maybe he'll turn it on when the season starts, or maybe there's a problem to pay attention to.

LOSER
Berliners. Unable to move Moore in pre-season dump deal, Berliners CEO now must hope his little ace's wing is OK as TEAM's DAMON HOPES CRASH AND BURN.

WINNER
Riptorns. Moore's demise creates opportunity for fireballer Chris Archer to step into rotation, as Rips fulfill promise to League brethren TO TAKE DOWN BERLINERS WITH A TEAM OF --SURPRISE!-- AL PLAYERS.
