[USML Announce] USML - The Champion

After a long and arduous campaign, we finally have a winner.  Congrats to
the Mighty Red Hots on winning the 2013 USML championship.  A well-deserved
and hard earned title.

Kudos to the Riptorns on a valiant run at the title.  The Rippers
definitely made it interesting right down to the last hour.
