[USML Announce] Roster Integrity

I am not exactly sure what to do about this one.  We have generally been lenient with respect to the deadline, but usually without much if any objection.  I would welcome a proposed solution from those involved/affected/interested by the outcome of this.

I think the correct fix is actually to reverse out the trade completely.  It missed the deadline by more than forty minutes.  I'm asking the commissioners to reject the trade.

   Since our Verlander-Samardzija trade was processed after 12:00, the system took Verlander off my active roster but didn't replace him with Samardzija.  Can you please fix it so that Samardzija takes Verlander's spot on my active roster?  Thanks,
