[USML Announce] Question

I'm assuming that once rosters are finalized, we can adjust positions,
reserves/actives, etc.  But usually we don't bid with FAAB dollars until a
week later - e.g., bids due by Saturday 4/3 to take effect the week of
Sunday 4/4.
