[USML Announce] Question

Listen, we're a calendar-challenged group.  You're on Brat Standard 
Time.  Rich is still wondering why nobody showed up for the draft on 
Sunday.  And I have my April dates mixed up a little bit.

Bottom line;  No FAAB bidding until Commissioner Blocker returns from 
the Bermuda Triangle or wherever the hell he is and adds Billy Butler to 
my roster!!
