[USML Announce] USML - Updates

League:

  Two updates.

1.  We have a new team!  Frank Luby, one of my college roommates, has
agreed to join.  He told me he actually relishes the idea of drafting from
scratch, so that whole issue goes away.

2.  We have a draft site.  Jeff Winick has once again graciously offered up
his law firm offices, and so that is where the draft will be.  Just a
reminder -- March 15 at 8 am.  More details on draft day and site will be
delivered closer to the date.
