[USML Announce] USML - expansion

I have a hard time getting past the fact that when I came in, I started from scratch. So did Dennis, Buddha, the re-established Riptorns, etc. There are always going to be different teams at different stages of development and some won't be too far from starting from scratch even though they played the previous year. The new owner will have lots of cash to make a splash in the draft. I don't think a new owner starting from ground zero significantly diminishes the competition that the rest of the teams face from all the other owners. And I don't think we need to worry about "enticing" a new owner with an establish team. As mentioned above, plenty of owners started from scratch before. Plus we want new owners in for the long haul and not just in it for a season or two.

I fully understand that Dennis had to start from scratch, and he has been an excellent addition to the league. I just think it would enhance the experience to put a new owner on a somewhat level playing field.

Frank has been playing roto for years off and on, and recently told me that his current league is folding. He was enthusiastic when I told him there was an opening in our league.

Assuming people are in favor, I plan to talk with him over the weekend to give him a description of the league and make sure its a fit (and that he is available on draft day). Also, for clarity, let me know if you think he would start from scratch or take over the current Red Hots roster.
