The Berliners remaining budget will be 232 regardless of whether Darvish is waived.  The only difference will be whether I need 18 or 19 players.

I adjusted my software (Andy, correct on S. Gray, and correct on Berliners – I had deducted 10 on the assumption Darvish would be waived).

Rick, I also re-set all of the FAAB budgets.
