[USML Announce] Opening Day

Not sure if that's a bug or a feature 🙄
I suspect the issue is that the OnRoto site needs a team to be selected and
Jeff's team might be the default.

Let me work on this.

I'm also not convinced the announcement list is working as we need it to
yet.  Aol and Yahoo stuff isn't going to spam which is an improvement.
However, I think the reply feature might not work in all instances.  In
some cases a reply might go only to the original sender and not the list.
I will work on this after I switch to the new list provider platform in the
coming days.   The new provider uses the same system but has more expertise
and charges less.
