[USML Announce] USML - Rosters update (3/7/16)

Thanks for the catch. I mistakenly thought that his 46 games played made
him surrender his eligibility, but forgot that the MLB rule is 45 days on
the 25-man roster (so his time on the 40-man in sept didn't count).
