[USML Announce] Trade processed in USML Rotisserie Baseball League

Greetings;
    I think if any penalty is meted out it should be mitigated by the fact
that we should have caught the error during the draft.  Ergo, Andrus is
Jeff's to do what he wants with, but a hit to the FAAB seems an appropriate
slap to the wrist.
