[USML Announce] Greetings

One thing to keep in mind is that we've always had the ability to list as
many email addresses as you want on the email list to receive email and as
many as you want to be authorized addresses to send.  So, let's say that
Jim wants to be able to send from Account A or Account B but only wishes to
receive on Account A, that's easy to set up.

The weak link for us is when owners send to the list from aol or yahoo.

Again, I'd like to see if by performing some surgery on settings I had
never heard of before this morning I might be able to rectify the issue in
general.  I'm a bit nervous about tinkering with these settings, but I can
always undo any damage.
