[USML Announce] Quintana the Cub

Good trade for both teams from my perspective.  Sox in collecting-bean
mode, and by all accounts, Jiminez and Cease are good beans.  From the
Cubs' perspective, they get a very solid 28-year old SP under contract for
3 1/2 years, without giving up any of their current starting position
players.  Can now look to next year with a rotation of Lester, Quintana,
Hendricks, and Montgomery.
