Looks like a system error to me. Commissioners  ... seems clear John should
have Hand at $16, instead of me at $15. I won't  activate him.  If
necessary, you can drop Mejia forum my roster, and leave me an open slot.
Or I can keep him on reserve and continue trying to  replace him in
subsequent weeks.
