[USML Announce] Waive Moustakas/Add FAAB $$

Dear Mr. Commissioner Blocker,

The Klein Nine will waive Mike Moustakas.  Kindly add $22 to the club's
FAAB budget so that I may bid vigorously this week.

PS:  Bad enough to lose a closer and my best power hitter to the NL.  Even
worse that both go to strengthen the Brewers.
