[USML Announce] Fernandez Position Eligibility

I just got a similar inquiry from Buddha.  I am not aware that we can change the onroto position eligibility. The rule you are pointing to is one that is used to determine a position for purposes of roster retention.

I picked up Jose Miguel Fernandez via FAAB.  He currently shows up at onroto as eligible at 1B and CI only (and he has played only 1B in his three 2018 major league games).  In 2017, he did not appear in the majors.  His primary minor league position was 2B, where he played 59 games.  Therefore, per Article VI, Sections 1 and 3, he is eligible at 1B, CI, 2B and MI.  Can we have his position eligibility updated at onroto?  Thanks.
