[USML Announce] Ohtani quick fix

Good morning all, 
If the system continues to resist accommodating Ohtani-DH over the next couple weeks, maybe we can rig it up this way?
Jeff drops one of his deep beans (like Madrigal or Gorman), but retains "off the books" rights to him.
That buys us time at least until the amateur draft to make it work. If Jeff decides to maintain the rights to that bean over the course of the entire season, we don't need to worry about it until Reserve Roster day next spring.
