[USML Announce] USML - Draft Day 2020

  By unanimous consent, the USML Draft will take place on Sunday, March 15,
2020, at 8 am at the Jeff Winick Law Offices.  Additional details to come
when the date is closer.  After the new year I will send out deadlines for
roster freeze and related items.
