Dear Contenders (and Others),

This is a public notice that Ian Kennedy is for sale.

Kennedy is now KC's full-time closer.  He earned his eighth save last night
and has six during the past three weeks.  His ERA and WHIP during that
stretch are 2.45 and 0.955.  (And before you scoff about a failed starter
closing on lousy team, take a look at what Shane Greene is doing.)

I also will note that the tight pack in saves.  Only eight saves separates
second place from seventh place in the category.  Kennedy has the potential
to provide someone points.

Plus Kennedy is only $5.  If he does turn into the next Shane Greene, you
might be getting yourself a keeper.
