[USML Announce] Brendan McKay

Hi everyone,
It looks like he's getting called up. How do we handle him in light of Ohtani and other potential two-way players? 
Obviously it depends on whether Jim activates him, but if he does, does he need to declare him as a pitcher or hitter?
Just wondering ...
