[USML Announce] CONGRATS BERLINERS!

No need to wait for the last games to be played.  I'm offering up congrats
to Jeff and the Berliners, who made this one of the least exciting USML
pennant chases in a long time. (That said, props also to the Lubeasts for
hanging tough and finishing within 10 points of first.)

Despite a Cubs-like swoon for the K9, it was a fun season. And with a bunch
of good keepers, I'll just say ... "Wait 'til Next Year!"

Congrats again, Jeff.
